"Jay’s team of agents have always been nothing but wonderful whenever I call needing something. When my husband got in a car accident they immediately called asking how we were. Well last week there was a storm out of no where that brought down one of our neighbors branches and took out a huge section of our fence. Just moments after I filed the claim, Mary R. reached out to me letting me know that a claims handler would be in contact with me shortly and get everything sorted out. In the meantime I was asking her questions via email so I could try to move the process along - holes in my fence means my dogs can’t go out there. Mary was amazing with doing what she could to answer questions. Couple days go by and I just wanted to ask some clarifying questions but was having a difficult time getting the information for my claims handler- well that’s because my claim got passed on to someone else. Mary called the new handler, let them know they had a new claim, and everything was handled from there. Mary went above and beyond to be supportive during a time of stress and helped me navigate through the process."

"Jay Ems is not a good agent. I canceled my 2 policies because of the price increase and Jay refuses to cancel my homeowner so I am now getting charged for 2 policies. I had to file a complaint against him and now sue him for my money back. Stay far away from him. If you would have done your job I would not have to text yo on a Saturday night. But you ignored the email I sent as you requested. And you will not hear from me. Yo will here from State farm the BBB and if needed for the money yo cost me my Lawyer."
